Programmer
Matt has been with cityofcairns.com for 1.5 years and works as a Programmer and Web Developer. He is proficient in several languages including C++, Java, PHP, SQL and keeps the web exciting and interactive through new technologies like Ajax and Scriptaculous. He prefers to code in Textmate and his favourite Mac App is iTunes.
Matt recently completed a Bachelor of Information Technology at James Cook University and is an active member of the local youth group, Lead On Cairns.

He spends his weekends riding his trials bike and enjoys playing the piano and guitar. He has a passion for CAD Drawing/Sketching and likes to go running when he has free time.
