Emmy has been with cityofcairns.com since 2004. Straight out of uni, Emmy came on board as a web developer, bringing along her skills in HTML, PHP, C++ and Java. Delivering lectures and tutorials in her penultimate year, plus almost 14 years in the hospitality industry helped develop her remarkable people skills. Having that in hand with her accomplished IT degree, she progressed quickly into her current role as Project Manager.
Emmy offers our clients her experience and knowledge in managing their website projects. Overseeing the work in progress demonstrates her ability to maintain a good rapport with the staff whilst maintaining CoC's high level of standards with a crack of the whip.
Outside of work...
Emmy loves spending time with her husband and two gorgeous sons. She also enjoys the rare ‘me time’ especially with a freshly brewed cup of Genovese and a good book.
